It turns out that Android phones can now become a free WiFi Hotspot - With Just install and activate it. Bluetooth mode works for all cell phones. WiFi mode currently works on most mobile phones Samsung / Motorola / LG and the new HTC phone with Android 4.0 (HTC etc).
